We deliver Haniverse orders across Pakistan through available courier and delivery services.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed after they are successfully placed and confirmed.
Processing and delivery times may vary depending on:

- Weather or other unforeseen circumstances
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is generally 2–7 working days, depending on the destination and courier service.
Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process or communicated to the customer before order confirmation.
From time to time, Haniverse may offer promotions such as Free Shipping Nationwide. Such offers may be limited by time, products, or other promotional conditions.
Order Confirmation
For cash-on-delivery orders, Haniverse may contact customers by phone or message to confirm their order before dispatch.
Please provide an accurate and complete delivery address and an active phone number to avoid delivery delays.
Failed Deliveries
If a customer refuses to accept an order, provides an incorrect address, remains unavailable, or otherwise prevents successful delivery, the order may be returned to Haniverse.
Repeated failed or refused deliveries may affect the customer's ability to place future cash-on-delivery orders.
Delays
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timing may be affected by circumstances outside Haniverse's control. We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking delayed shipments.
